rPlanet is using my own personal SVN repository at svn://dev.technomancy.us/rplanet/trunk.

I'd also rather use Trac for bug management since it's much more intuitive and user-friendly, so please use my personal trac at http://dev.technomancy.us/phil and be sure to specify the component as 'rplanet'.
