This release of ruby-lisp adds a lot of packaging tothe project. There is now more than a .rb file to it. A setup.rb script was added, so that users may install the module properly, and a lot of cruft files (ChangeLog, README, ...) have also been added. All that is missing now is a NEWS file. And a (kitchen-sink) implementation ;-).
