We managed to implement the missing features that hopefully made rfuse-ng a full featured fuse ruby binding.

The new features are poll and ioctl. These need to be tested throughly.

The most urgent "feature" is to have rfuse-ng to compile under ruby 1.9m next one is multithreading. Any help welcomed ;)
