TZInfo version 0.3.16 has been released (based on version 2009u of the underlying tz data).

Gem, zip and tar.gz files can be found at http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=894. You can use 'gem update' to upgrade if you already have the tzinfo gem installed.


Changes in this release:

* Support the use of '-' to denote '0' as an offset in the tz data files. Used for the first time in the SAVE field in tzdata v2009u.
* Updated to tzdata version 2009u (http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.time.tz/3053).
