The first release candidate of wxRuby 2.0 is now available - officially, it's called wxRuby 1.9.10.

This is foremost a bugfix release - every issue on the tracker has been reviewed, and, where possible in wxRuby, fixed and closed. Many other improvements have come from developer testing and user reports on the mailing list. We're finding this a really solid and stable release, and hope you will too.

Other enhancements:
* Major rework of DataObject classes, allowing exchange of arbitrary data with external applications via the Clipboard and drag and drop
* New GUI classes: Treebook, Toolbook, PropertySheetDialog, RichTextFormattingDialog
* New helper classes: Display, AuiDockArt, MouseState
* Additions and corrections to docs and samples
* Further improved support for MingW and for Ruby 1.9
