This release includes an improvement to RVG's letter spacing algorithm (patch from Jonah Fox), and adds support for marshaling ImageList and Draw objects (feature #23171). This release also supports ImageMagick's new kerning and interword_spacing annotation attributes and drawing primitives.

I tested RMagick 2.9.0 with the most recent release of ImageMagick and Ruby 1.9.1-RC1. Please report problems on the RMagick Help forum.
