JLDrill 0.3.0 has finally been released (after a little more than a year). This release finally has a spaced repetition algorithm and also sports a nifty popup window similar to rikaichan. If you install the appropriate font it even shows you the stroke orders for both kanji and kana. This version is mostly feature complete and so will finally go beta.
