Version 0.3.2 of win32-changejournal has been released. This includes lots of internal refactoring, one bug fix, a Rakefile and a gemspec.

You can now install win32-changejournal via "gem install win32-changejournal".

Note that this will be the last C version. Release 0.4.0 will be a pure Ruby version.
