RMagick 2.3.0 for Windows is available. This release is built for Ruby 1.8.6 and bundled with ImageMagick 6.4.0. To install, download the RMagick-2.3.0-ImageMagick-6.4.0-2-Q8.zip file from the RMagick project page, unzip it into a temporary directory, and follow the instructions in the README.html file.
