This is just a maintenance release of the sqlite-ruby library. It includes no bug fixes and no new features.

So what good is this release for, you ask?

Primarily, it includes a patch to the install script that allows /usr/local installations of sqlite to be detected and used without any additional effort.

Secondly, it fixes a few typos in the documentation.

If you already have SQLite/Ruby 2.2.2 installed, there is absolutely no reason to upgrade to 2.2.3.
