RGL version 0.3.1 has been released. RGL is a framework for graph datastructures and algorithms implemented in Ruby.

The update contains bug fixes and the following improvements:

* equality tests and clone support for graphs
* cycle locating
* better graphviz support for visualizing graphs

Documentation and test coverage was improved.
