Summary: PlugMan plugin manager 0.0.3 now available.

PlugMan 0.0.3 has now been released. This release moves the PlugMan functionality into a module making it easier to use.
There is also more documentation and running hte demos can now be done from the Rakefile.
Grab it, run the demos, take five minutes to add your own plugins to the demos...Enjoy!
