This major release adds support for Amazon SDB. Gem users have full programmatic access to SDB via the RightAws::SbdInterface class.

Also in this release is final European location support for S3, and final large upload support for S3. Users should now be able to upload files of any size up to 5 GB.

Finally, RightAws::S3::bucket and RightAws::S3::Bucket.create methods' behavior has changed: the param +create+ is set to +false+ by default.
