This is the first release of GlassFish gem on RubyForge. Prior to this have been releasing technology releases of this gem via my blog (http://blogs.sun.com/pramodg). From now on this is where the gem would reside. This gem supports JRuby on Rails application within GlassFish V3 server.
The source code for this gem resides as part of GlassFish (https://glassfish.dev.java.net/) open source project.

After you have downloaded the gem install the gem by using the "gem install" command. Then you could go the root directory of your application and run the command "jruby -S glassfish_rails <application_name>". For e.g. if you have an application "hello" under the directory /samples, ensure that you are in the "/samples" directory and issue the command : jruby -S glassfish_rails hello
