Sequel 1.0 has just been released. Sequel is now divided into sequel_core and sequel_model which can be installed separately. Also new in this release are new and improved model hooks, some minor bug fixes and 100% code coverage.

Sequel is a lightweight ORM library for Ruby. Sequel provides thread safety, connection pooling and a simple and a simple and expressive API for constructing database queries and table schemas.
