This release fixes a number of bugs, and adds a number of gdb commands, like "set", "show" and "info", and gdb-like "annotate" mode. As a result, there is some incompatibility with the prior release 0.9.3.

With this release we have added a reference manual and Emacs interface, both located in ruby-debug-extra. This is not a gem, but a tarball which should be installed with "./configure && make && sudo make install" .
