I've uploaded a new version of the RMagick 1.15.9 gem for Win32. You should be able to install this gem with RubyGems 0.9.5. If you've already installed RMagick 1.15.9 you do not need to install this version. Please report problems to the RMagick Help Forum.

Some people have reported problems when trying to install RMagick 1.15.9 with RubyGems 0.9.5 and have had to downgrade to 0.9.4 to install RMagick. I tracked this problem down to a non-standard platform name in the rmagick.gemspec file. I changed the platform to "mswin32" and now the gem installs on my WinXP virtual machine.
