Summary: libxml-xmlrpc 0.1.1 released - fix for libxml dev

libxml-xmlrpc does NOT work against the 0.5.x libxml-ruby gems, but it attempts to install them by default.
Until further notice the libxml-xmlrpc libraries will be working against the stable release, which is 0.3.8.4. This is reflected internally in code as well as the new gemspec. There are also some fixes to help those who are building by hand. |
