Copland 0.7.1 is a maintenance release that fixes a few annoying bugs. I would have waited longer to release it (hopefully catching a few more bugs in the processes), but I wanted to release Packrat, which depends on some of those fixes.

Packrat is a utility which reads your Copland package descriptors and outputs some attractively formatted documentation about those descriptors. Additionally, Packrat was itself implemented using Copland, and so can be used as a "real life" example of how Copland can be used to implement applications.
