Ctioga 1.4 is out and brings two important new features:

* error bars - now the text backend can handle the display of error bars
* themes: small bits of ruby code that can help a great deal keeping a consistent style on many different documents

ctioga (http://sciyag.rubyforge.org/ctioga) is a command-line utility for plotting scientific data. Plots produced are publication quality, text is processed via LaTeX. Many aspects (if not all) of the plots are customizable. Output is in the PDF format.
