Tartan is a Ruby based wiki text parser that allows layering of rule sets so you can add one set of rules to another and control ordering and presidency.

This release puts Tartan in a clean name space and cleans up quite a few Markdown bugs.

NOTE: this release is NOT backward compatible with the previous release. The packaging and name space set-up is different. Please see the README.txt file for details.
