Summary: Can't compile RMagick for Ruby 1.9.0

Ruby 1.9.0 users: RMagick cannot be compiled successfully with Ruby 1.9.0. However, thanks to Daniel Quimper, there's a patch. Please see #819 in the Patches Tracker.
