Version 1.4.0 of Mxx_ru released!
This is next major release since v.1.3.0. The changes are:
* a new target type for C/C++ projects: MxxRu::Cpp::LibCollection;
* a new approach for controlling validity of command-line switches;
* an ability to specify custom names for compiler, linker and librarian for C/C++ toolsets;
* an ability of project files stubs generation via a new utility mxxrugen.
