Exchange integration is simpler than ever!

Added support for Appointments, simplified some interfaces,
and fixed some broken windows. Version 0.3.0 is new and
improved, but NOT a drop in replacement for 0.2.0. You'll
need to make some minor tweaks to your existing code to
accomodate some of the breaking changes.
