Changes include the following:

* FXRI now uses FXRuby 1.6. However, because of an issue with the Windows OneClickInstaller, FXRuby 1.2 is still used if it has already been activated by RubyGems. If you do not want this, please edit the %rubydir%/bin/fxri.bat accordingly
* Includes a workaround to a bug in fxirb
* FXRI now allows adding additional rdoc search paths by setting the enviroment variable 'FXRI_SEARCH_PATH'. Multiple paths must be seperated by a semicolon (';')
