This release provides bugfixes and a couple of new features out in preparation for Ruwiki 0.8 and beyond, which will add numerous new features and changes in some of the underlying technologies for Ruwiki.

This release is highly recommended for all existing users of Ruwiki.

If clichéed codenames were to be used to describe this release of Ruwiki, it would be "Calm." Ruwiki has not been dormant, but other projects and tasks have had a higher priority.
