I think I'll create a Win32Utils project. This would be for porting *nix functions and functionality seamlessly into the Win32 environment. This would include porting:
* fork
* setsid (run program as a service)
* syslog (event log)
* native threads
The focus would be entirely on Windows NT, 2000 and XP (or later). Windows 95 and Windows 98 are not production quality operating systems and no one uses them in a business environment.
